Yesterday, I released my short story, The Miracle, to the public as a free download. I'm over excited with how many downloads there are in such a short amount of time. At 11am this morning, on Smashwords websites, I had the total of 168 downloads with 6 people adding it to their library. This amazes me because the book hasn't even been released for 24 hours. So, I want to thank each and every one of those who have downloaded a copy.
I am sitting here at my laptop, cleaning house, come back to my laptop, get more coffee, back to the laptop... just to check to see if someone put a review up. I have waited for so long to release this short story and see what people think. I know that if people enjoy this book, they will with no doubt in my mind love my novel, Silenced. (Which I am revising and editing).

I would love to write a book one day - I have a story to tell (they say everyone has a story to tell) but I just don't know how to begin...I keep telling myself "one day..." but I'm wondering if that day will ever come. I'm an avid reader -gosh but how I love to read! - and I have so many thoughts/stories in my head...but how do you get them onto paper? In an interesting way so that people will want to read them? That is where I'm stuck.
